PATTERN | SALVINA PULLOVER

The SALVINA pullover is knitted bottom up. Work begins with the body in the round, then the front and back pieces are continued separately in rows for the armholes and purled together at the shoulders so that nothing has to be sewn together. The sleeves are picked up from the armholes and the sleeve cap is first shaped with short rows. The ¾ length sleeves are worked in rounds to the cuff. A wide lace pattern stripe on the body and sleeves interrupts the otherwise simple stockinette stitch base. The finely crafted pattern is featured along the sleeves and body at the same height and width.

The sizes correspond to the bust circumference as follows: (XS; S; M) (L; XL; XXL) (3XL; 4XL; 5XL) = (30; 32; 35) (39; 42; 46) (50; 54; 58)” / (76; 82; 90) (98; 107; 117) (127; 137; 147) cm breast circumference (measured at the body). The pullover has a relaxed fit.Example: If you have a bust circumference of 35” (90 cm), you should choose size M for a positive ease of 2.4” (6 cm).

US 2.5 (3 mm) circular needle, 24 – 40” (60 - 100 cm) for hemline ribbing
US 2.5 (3 mm) circular needle, 16” (40 cm) for neckline ribbing

US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needle, 24 – 40” (60 - 100 cm) for the body
