Specifications
Origin
Dawa is a casual skirt that is knitted seamlessly from the waistband down. The hem is doubled so that a wide elastic band can be fitted into the tunnel. For the required hip width, increases are worked at the sides and back. At knee level the work is divided, front and back are continued separately: This creates side openings for the right amount of flexibility. The back part of the skirt is slightly longer than the front part. A chequered pattern of fine lines embellishes the right half of the skirt.
The sizes correspond to the waist circumference as follows:
XS (S; M; L; XL; XXL) = 34.6 (36.6; 39; 41.3; 44; 48) “ / 88 (93; 99; 105; 112; 122) cm waist circumference (measured at your body).
The skirt is fitted close to the body and is worn with a comfortable snug fit. Example: If you have a hip circumference of 39” (99 cm), then knit the skirt in size M and it fits comfortably with a slight positive ease of 1.2” (3 cm).
