OUR MISSION

We strive to produce eco-friendly yarns of the highest quality paying close attention to every aspect of the production. We take our responsibility towards society and the environment very seriously. Because our commitment to aiming for a sustainable future goes to the core of our vision, we are dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of our operations, to being socially responsible to our communities, and to continuously make improvements in every aspect of our life for the sake of our planet. Thanks to your support, we are able to implement all of these different initiatives.   

Our Commitment to Environmental Sustainability 

All the way through, from the fibre itself to the way we package our finished yarns, sustainability is a key element of our philosophy. 

Natural Fibres Completely Free of Synthetics 

Our yarns are completely free of synthetic fibres, consisting solely of 100% natural animal and plant based fibres.  Natural fibres are completely bio-degradable. Even though garments made with our yarns will last for quite a long time, the day will come when they will have to be disposed of.  The good news is that it will take about six months for them to decompose naturally without causing any harm to the environment.   

Ethical and sustainable Production 

We value transparency through every stage of production and we take great pride and care in knowing exactly where, how and by who the yarns we carry have been produced.  Our fibres come from animal-friendly environments and are produced in an eco-friendly and fair trade way. We offer a wide range of organic yarns, with a strong focus on traceability and dyeing in accordance with very high European standards.  We also work with mills that use power from renewable energy and have a strong focus on reusing excess resources.  

Plastic Free Packaging 

We avoid plastic wherever possible, so our packaging is also plastic free. We use paper, which is completely renewable, as our main packaging material.  Currently 95% of our packaging is plastic free.  Our goal, of course, is to achieve 100%.   

CO2- Neutral Shipping 

More than 90% of our shipping is done with DHL GoGreen service which means that every package sent is automatically shipped in a CO2-neutral manner. The emissions generated during shipping are offset by certified climate projects world-wide.   

Our Stash-to-Cash Program  

We put your old stash of yarn to good use! In exchange for a Pascuali discount at our online shop, you can bring us the yarn in your stash and we will donate it to a good cause. 

Reforestation

In our commitment to our environment, we have decided to become actively involved in reducing CO2 emissions and helping protect our planet by participating in reforestation programs around the globe. With your purchase, you too automatically support our reforestation project.
