Tasks:
- Management and maintenance of our social media channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Creation, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Developing creative content for the various platforms to encourage interaction with our customers.
- Continuous analysis of the performance of our social media activities and derivation of optimization measures.
- Working closely with management to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Collaborating with our design team and graphic designers to create high-quality visual content and strengthen brand identity.
- Identifying trends and innovations in social media and marketing and integrating them into our strategy.
Requirements:
A degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable qualification is an advantage but not a must.
Proven experience in managing social media channels, especially Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Solid knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret data and derive strategic decisions.
Creativity and innovative spirit to develop new approaches to marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Ability to work in a team and an independent, structured way of working.
